Two important cornerstones of our success are the ability

we use is a thorough needs analysis, both for new prospects
and current customers.
New Prospects: Very often the first thing we do with
a new prospect is an in-depth examination and analysis of
how they are currently handling their delivery needs. We look
for problems and brainstorm solutions. We match our prospect’s
needs with our resources to produce a proposal that addresses
the most efficient and cost effective solution. It is very
effective and it is free.
Current Customers: Our customers’ needs change
as do our own resources. That is why we offer our customers
the opportunity to sit down on a quarterly, semi-annual, annual
or on an as needed basis. We review the immediate past and
look ahead to the future. We look for better ways and means
to serve, reduce costs and anticipate future changes. This
willingness to work together has cemented many long- term
relationships that are almost unheard of in the courier/delivery
business.
