There’s
Gotta Be a Better Way!
A large, multi-unit hospital was already a Now Courier
customer but was frustrated trying to get a handle
on their delivery costs. They were using multiple
couriers, (every department had a favorite) and
using hospital employees, including the Security
force. We analyzed their entire delivery service
maze and began sorting out duplication, unnecessary
service and other wasteful habits. We proposed a
completely redesigned schedule that provided needed
service, both scheduled and on-demand, without excess
expense. We met with every department to hear their
needs and educate them on how a new plan would benefit
everyone. Not only did we produce better service,
with a double-digit reduction in costs, but regular
follow up meetings continue to find ways to improve
service and reduce costs. Another example of how
Now Courier became a partner, instead of just a
vendor. |

Insisted On Charging Less!
A major distributor of office supplies and equipment
has been a partner with Now Courier for years. Since
we began working with this client we have reduced
our billings by 50% because we have continually
pinpointed ways to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
If we believe there is a better way to do something
we instinctively tell our customers. We cannot force
them to listen, but we’ll always keep trying.
In this case, we lowered our billings but gained
